Everyone congratdulate :icondavidstrife: =DavidStrife for winning the contest! I must admit, it was HARD trying to decide on a winner. It took us almost a full 10 days to figure out who would win.

The winning piece is:

Third place has yet to be decided.

Now don't think this is the end of me giving out money. In the middle of July I will hold another contest, this one only being worth around 100 USD. However, in September, I will be holding a contest worth over half a Grand! ^_^ Each one is in relation to Furbuntu/ CreatureS.

I think the winner should have to keep to the theme of Furbuntu. :/ Just because it's the best drawing doesn't mean it's the best wallpaper.
(And, if I misunderstand what the contest was, disregard this comment. :XD:)

Congrats to the winners! (though I personally dislike the second-placer... pink and semi-anthro ain't my thing)

I am kinda sad I didn't win, but there were many artists better than me who participated.

I am very glad I was good enough to place as a finalist however.

I agree that it should at the very least have a Furbuntu logo pasted on, but I will also admit that it does make a very good wallpaper.

That WOULD of worked if either of my projects were more well known. For now I was just trying to get peole to learn about Furbuntu and submit entries. How ever the next contest will specifically state that each wall paper must have a CreatureS theme.
